there is probably not much we can do, given the information available. It is odd that the length should be off by exactly 4 bytes, but it does not give me much to go on.

I'm trying to install podman and getting MIRROR errors when I use
download.opensuse.org -- getting errors from dnf (see below).
Your mirror website said to contact admins in case of problems as it may
indicate an outage affecting others.  This had been working
for me as recently as last night.

I'm following these instructions:
    dnf -y module disable container-tools
    dnf -y install 'dnf-command(copr)'
    dnf -y copr enable rhcontainerbot/container-selinux
    curl -L -o /etc/yum.repos.d/devel:kubic:libcontainers:testing.repo
*https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/kubic:/libcontainers:/testing/CentOS_8/devel:kubic:libcontainers:testing.repo
*
    dnf -y install podman

Getting error "interrupted by header callback: Server reports
Content-Length: 295160 but expected size is: 295164"
