Description

Whilst Mergify governs rules about PRs, maybe the GitHub issue workflow can be automated similarly to account for desired lead times.

Note: This should have been a subtask to the proposed move to GitHub. Alas Redmine search failed to find the ticket for me via both search and issue filter interfaces.

I guess you meant #65076 as related. I would say by now I am pretty ok with what we have with github queries and simple enough tooling in https://github.com/os-autoinst/qa-tools-backlog-assistant so that for me it does not matter anymore if we continue with redmine or github. I don't see what we should do for this issue right now so I see it as resolved.
