Description

We have already validation modules for this scenario, but we don't check if ftp mirror was added properly.

We also have modules for mirrors validation, so can reuse it here too

Acceptance criteria

  1. ftp repo is validated in the installed system
  2. Test plan is updated accordingly

The VR fails to match because it is compare "ftp://openqa.suse.de/SLE-15-SP2-Online-x86_64-Build209.2-Media1" against "ftp://openqa.suse.de/%2FSLE-15-SP2-Online-x86_64-Build209.2-Media1". seems that the uri in the repos contains an extra slash character "/"
