We need a way to learn if test suite is used in other job groups. This is prerequisite as we cannot remove test suites if they are used anywhere else.
It can be the case that error shows job groups where test suite is scheduled. But we should test on fake test suite.

- There is a script which lists all the job groups where test suite is scheduled
