closedStaging machine openqa-staging-1.qa.suse.de does not boot after update to Leap 15.1

Description
I've updated openqa-staging-1.qa.suse.de from Leap 42.3 to Leap 15.1. The machine has not been pingable or reachable via SSH after rebooting. As soon as one has physical access again we should try to investigate what went wrong.

As we should not access the location and can't access the lab except for nicksinger I suggest to ask SUSE-IT with a ticket to infra@suse.de to help

As already clarified in chat: our staging machines are hosted on thincsus as virtual machines. Therefore we just need to fix it and can do everything remotely.

And we have done that. There are no failed services and openQA starts correctly. The only thing left after the migration is to go though files listed by rpmconfigcheck. (I've already took care about some.)
