this testcase is not good.
It changes the aide configuration to not work.
Just putting ! in front of lines will break them syntactically.
I created a seperate aide.conf that handles this:
database=file:/var/lib/aide/aide.db
database_out=file:/var/lib/aide/aide.db.new
Logs = p+i+n+u+g+S+sha256+sha512
/var/log Logs
It can handle both logfile changes or new file additions.

Thanks Marcus for your suggestion, I have done some test in my local vm and it worked on my site. I will provide a fix afterward. BTW, I also verify the aide-check bug already and close that one.

There is one comment from another poo#55844 from Marcus.
I think the test cant work, if you comment out all directories, the Directory directive will report this error.
It would also need to comment out all but Logs:
#Binlib = p+i+n+u+g+s+b+m+c+sha256+sha512
#ConfFiles = p+i+n+u+g+s+b+m+c+sha256+sha512
Logs = p+i+n+u+g+S
#Devices = p+i+n+u+g+s+b+c+sha256+sha512
#Databases = p+n+u+g
#StaticDir = p+i+n+u+g
#ManPages = p+i+n+u+g+s+b+m+c+sha256+sha512
