Description

To make running verification runs on PRs easier, git-clone-custom-refspec should gain the ability to parse tests URLs in PR descriptions. The marker could be something like @openqa: Clone which is used to denote the test URL.

Note that the PR had to be reverted. I'm investigating what went wrong there, and if the test may not be good enough.
