Bind on s390x 12sp5 is fixed https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3854594#step/bind/79
I created missing File '/media.2/media' not found on medium 'ftp://openqa.suse.de/SLE-12-SP5-Server-DVD-s390x-GM-DVD2'
But it strange that bind src package is installed from openqa.suse.de ftp when proxy scc is not used.

The issue is fixed, osd repo is deleted, not needed anymore. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/7040623
I will work on rest of bind failures within https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/71329
