openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-aarch64-zdup_tw2twnext_kde@aarch64 fails in
user_gui_login

In zdup_tw2twnext_kde@aarch64, user_gui_login test fails at ~50% rate. See: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1135188#next_previous

Test suite description

EXCLUDE_MODULES=opensuse_welcome added as it is required for non TW zdup
