Description
os-autoinst and openQA worker still communicates only by creating special files.
Investigate how to improve this situation with focus particularly on enabling synchronization of tests (asking for mutexes).

This needs to be done before test side sync API can be done.

After discussion this is no longer needed for locks. Lock API talks to Scheduler directly. Moving out of sprint 14.
For future reference actual communication overview:
- Status changed from New to Rejected
No serious need for this, deferred for indefinite future.
- Status changed from Rejected to Closed
- Target version changed from future to future
