Description

os-autoinst and openQA worker still communicates only by creating special files.
Investigate how to improve this situation with focus particularly on enabling synchronization of tests (asking for mutexes).

After discussion this is no longer needed for locks. Lock API talks to Scheduler directly. Moving out of sprint 14.
