START_AFTER_TEST is in the support server (https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3662142), while the cluster nodes (https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3662144, https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3662145 and https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3662143) run with PARALLEL_WITH.
As far as I could see, these jobs were failing in openqaworker-arm-2 with the following errors:

Tried restarting openqa-cache-service and openqa-cache-service-minion as well as the openqa-worker jobs in openqaworker-arm-2, but problem was still there.
Asset is also there:

Issue fixed (setup failure)
I didn't do something particular to fix it.
As discussed in #testing, there was a more global issue in o.s.d.
Anyway, it's fix now:
