test fails in libqt5_qtbase because "Emoticons --System Settings Module" window
is present on kde desktop, while expecting an empty desktop
as per https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1092900#step/libqt5_qtbase/71

This is a Leap15.2 ppc64le tests.

unable to investigate problem because no data capture by post_fail_hook in that module.
