problem with rsync.opensuse.org

Dear admin of rsync.opensuse.org,

obviously, there is a problem with rsync.opensuse.org which seems to be not correctly synchronized with download.opensuse.org.

Today, I saw lots of error messages ("...~tmp~" (in buildservice-repos-main) failed: Permission denied (13)") in
https://mirrors.opensuse.org/list/rsyncinfo-rsync.o.o.txt

Is that problem already known?

Do you already have an idea when that problem might be fixed? I use rsync.opensuse.org as an internal mirror for my Linux installations (much faster
than every computer downloads the file from the internet), so it would be great to have a synchronized and working copy of download.opensuse.org
again. But I can understand if this will take some time when you do the admin job in your private time.
