Observation

Working on #55178 it seems like I can not edit job group properties anymore for job groups that converted to YAML schedules, e.g. https://openqa.suse.de/admin/job_templates/108, means I can for example not adjust the quota size over webui.

Workaround

Ask admins with access to the database to update values over database directly
