Description

When looking at https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?arch=&modules=dstat&distri=microos&distri=opensuse&version=Tumbleweed&build=20190620&groupid=1# and hovering the left bug icon, the popup bubble will show the bug title, but it seems that html escaping is done twice.
