This mirror appeasr to inactive. Need to check it out and remove if necessary.
took a look:
http://opensuse.linux.edu.lv/mirrors/ftp.opensuse.org-discontinued/distribution/openSUSE-current/iso/ has 42.3
and in another dir it has 15.0 but no 15.1 so not well maintained and the "discontinued" in the path could suggest that they do not want to mirror newer stuff anymore. Don't we have an email address of the mirror admin somewhere to ask them?
