shows that the pagination bar is wider than the other content.

- AC1: pagination bar should not be wider than the other content
Suggestions¶
This seems to be a regression from when the pagination for comments was introduced
- Reproduce e.g. with a very small browser window pointing to https://openqa.opensuse.org/group_overview/1
- Try to fix it with the right CSS
