There's a problem with openSUSE 15.1 DVD torrent having problems with
tracker.

host -v tracker.opensuse.org 8.8.8.8

shows another problem:
opensuse.org. 299 IN SOA freeipa.infra.opensuse.org. admin.opensuse.org. 2012053281 1800 300 604800 300

points to an internal DNS server that is not reachable from the internet, so some users have problems resolving the tracker DNS into an IP address.

Plus the torrent file needs to be registered with the server.

Uh, that is only the SOA, not the nameserver records - it works fine:
