New CNAME request - microos.opensuse.org

Description

Please create a new DNS CNAME & reverse proxy rules for
microos.opensuse.org

Destination host should be kubic.infra.opensuse.org, which will be
serving both microos.opensuse.org and the current kubic.opensuse.org

So copying all the config/settings for kubic.opensuse.org should be
easy, if its needed

I don't believe the DNS for opensuse.org is available for the Heroes to update (via freeipa). I'll set category to "servers hosted in Provo"

Ping - it's been 6 months since the tickety was opened and 4 months since this ticket was last updated..we're still waiting for the CNAME
