Motivation

See bsc#1130811 for details.

We got a request from the YaST team to detect such regression in the autoyast_reinstall scenario.
Should be simple check of .bashrc, as in case of re-installation users are imported and not created, hence using different code path.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Non-existence of .bashrc in /var/lib/{gdm,empty,polkit,nobody,pulseaudio} is checked for the autoyast_reinstall scenario
