OBS infinit build loop of kicad-doc in openSUSE:Factory:PowerPC

this is blocking the generation of TW PowerPC iso build.

I do not see obvious error in related build log at
https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory:PowerPC/kicad-doc:pdf/standard/ppc64le

and the log is only ending with:
