The boot is from DVD, the grub menu shows up properly but then we try to see if we're on 'boot from harddisk' (the default when booting from DVD), but at that time, grub's timeout has passed and we moved on.
Probably we can change the code there to check if the needle we matched to see grub itself also contains a tag that claimed boot from harddisk was active. Instead of two assert_screens that might race each other.
