Description

If you go to https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/812659/modules/yast2_bootloader/steps/8/edit
You will get:
A new needle with matching tags has been created since the job started: yast2_bootloader-yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters-aarch64-20181210.json (tags: ENV-LEAP-1, yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters)
A new needle with matching tags has been created since the job started: yast2_bootloader-yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters-20181031.json (tags: yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters)
A new needle with matching tags has been created since the job started: yast2_bootloader-yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters-20181024.json (tags: yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters)
A new needle with matching tags has been created since the job started: yast2_bootloader-yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters-aarch64-20181002.json (tags: yast2-bootloader_kernel-parameters)

The 1st line seems fine (but is not since the job was restarted afterwards), but the 3 others are clearly wrong since they were created back to October.
Maybe just a time shift on openQA server?
