In particular:

Skip dependencies when showing cloned job
- eg. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2175216#dependencies (child job which has been cloned) has no dependency tab at all.
Show only the newest clone on all fresh jobs
- eg. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2175215#dependencies (parent where children have been cloned) would only show the newest child (currently 2175931)
- eg. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2175931#dependencies (newest of the cloned children) would show the newest child (currently 2175931)
