[opensuse][aarch64][functional][y] openSUSE Tumbleweed aarch64 oss repo seems to be deleted however we invest 41GB for the debuginfo repo

Observation

https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/772746#step/zypper_ar/4 fails because the oss repo was probably already deleted. https://openqa.opensuse.org/admin/assets shows the repo is not there or gone but "repo/openSUSE-Tumbleweed-oss-aarch64-Snapshot20181009-debuginfo 41GiB" is there and taking up 41 GiB so quite some space that is also useless because in general without the OSS repo the debuginfo repo can not be used properly in tests

Ideas

  • only sync the necessary packages from the repo debuginfo
  • Disable the debuginfo repo completely and skip the according tests to save the space
  • Teach openQA gru to cleanup by "repo priority", e.g. in this case debuginfo before OSS repo

Workarounds

I have set the job group quota now from 80GB to 100GB to have at least the space for the OSS repo and the 41 GiB debuginfo repo once.
