Observation

imagetester has not run a single openQA job in 3 months.. all of the workers are class "laptop15" as a consequence of #38150. Meanwhile #32116 is resolved so we do not need a special worker class for that purpose. We should bring the machine into good use again or decomission depending on effort to stabilize and need.
