access denied stage.opensuse.org

I have a server http://opensuse-mirror-gce-us.susecloud.net/
23.236.58.201 that is being denied access to stage.opensuse.org. In the crontab it was using rsync.opensuse.org, which is timing out currently. To be consistent with the other opensuse mirrors we manage, I want to change this to stage.opensuse.org.

Also while troubleshooting I noticed that opensuse-mirror-gce-
ap.susecloud.net server is mis-labeled as being in the US. It actually
exists in Taiwan.

That information is automagically put together from whois information and routing tables, which all suggest it belongs to Google in the US :-)

Thank you, I can now reach stage.opensuse.org from this server.

I will look at the networking in GCE, and see if there is anything I can change on that end.
