Motivation

We got new service widget for SLE15 (see fate#319428 https://fate.suse.com/319428 ).
This PR demonstrates the difference: https://github.com/yast/yast-dhcp-server/pull/26

VR in O3/OSD shows that some other yast tests need the widget before we can obtains the VR for this one:
sle-15-SP1-yast2_ncurses and Leap-15.1-yast2_ncurses fails in yast2_samba not reaching yast2_http test module.
Tumbleweed-yast2_ncurses fails in yast2_dns_server
Creating PR to move forward.

For O3 succeeded Tumbleweed-yast2_ncurses and after fixing yast2 tftp in OSD sle-15-SP1-yast2_ncurses the integration is also correct because is failing in yast2_samba which was expected. It will probably fixed in next build after this bug that was reported and now is fixed. In case there is still a bug I will create a story specifically for samba. Resolving this one.
