Hi,
You might not have noticed but the Linux Advanced Routing and Traffic Control HOW-TO webpage (http://lartc.org/) seems to have been taken offline.
As a result, you’ve got a broken link on this page - https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Internet_connection_sharing
Perhaps you could swap out the link for this guide to LARTC (http://comparitech.net/lartc) instead? It also includes guidance on alternative methods in case people are interested.

Reporting broken links is always helpful, thanks for that!
lartc.org says it's "temporarily unable to service your request", but since you got an error message already some days ago, it's probably more than temporarily ;-)
BTW: en.opensuse.org is a wiki, so you can easily edit it yourself. The only thing you need is an openSUSE/SUSE/Attachmate account.
If you don't want to update the wiki yourself (for whatever reason), I'll replace the link in the next days.
