Needed for public cloud testing.

As we read JUnit, XUnit, LTP and TAP, adding the capability for parsing IPA generated files https://github.com/SUSE-Enceladus/ipa

No problemo! I thought it could be solved quickly meanwhile doing other things, so i saw no reason to postpone it and put it in the backlog.
