[opensuse][aarch64] Leap 15.0 and Tumbleweed tests are not the same

Description

Leap 15.0 and Tumbleweed tests are not the same, so it would make sense to align them.

Moreover kde@64bit test is wrong for aarch64 and will not boot since it is designed for x86_64. See: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/681913#settings

Yes, this is something we should try to solve in the long run. Right now I am thinking of some checks that the test schedule is in sync with exceptions and warn about undocumented mismatches. Do you have any better idea?

I think it was just scheduled wrong. Since 15 days there seems to be no test kde@64bit in the aarch64 tests anymore so I guess this part is resolved?
