Description

When hovering bug icons (lightning or beatle) the tooltip will show something like this:

Bug referenced: poo#123

Eg on :
https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1575217?arch=ppc64le&version=15&distri=sle&test=sched_stress&flavor=Installer-DVD&limit_previous=400&machine=ppc64le#previous

The bug name is already in the database (updated by openqa_bugfetcher).
It should be shown in a second line in the tooltip:
