Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.0-DVD-x86_64-gnuhealth@64bit fails in
gnuhealth_install

the hard disk image cleared the repos and this test didn't add them again

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 191.1

Expected result

Last good: 189.1 (or more recent)
