I have updated the mirror database, the scan is done.
I don't think I have access to stage.o.o for updating the rsync acl.

We are having this issue with others aswell, since years. We do not know
why GeoIP db hasn't been updated.

Looking at Geolite2 from Maxmind, they map "128.0.32.0/21" to Germany, which is clearly not correct.
However, looking at data from countries.nerd.dk, they correctly map it as Romania.
I have submitted a correction request to Maxmind, maybe that'll help. I'll check back next week.
