Description

tests/console/fetchmail_ssl.pm seems to be unused. It is not mentioned in any main.pm and did not run recently in any job on openqa.suse.de

Assigning to test maintainer.

I think these test modules are still required for SLE 15 FIPS testing and should be added to FIPS job group.
