tests/console/snapper_ncurses.pm seems to be unused. It is not mentioned in any main.pm and did not run recently in any job on openqa.suse.de

tests/console/yast2_snapper_ncurses.pm was introduced by yast2 snapper refactor

and may have a better way to debug for bsc#1032831

it was never called in main.pm, and i could see there is yast2_ncurses test now on o.s.d.
