Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-ppc64le-extra_tests_in_textmode@ppc64le fails in
repo_package_install

this test suite deregisters the system which causes kdump and crash to fail later.
The test code has not been change in the last time so I have honestly no clue whats the deal here

This behaviour needs to be investigated and fixed

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 422.1

Expected result

Last good: 421.1 (or more recent)
