Observation¶
openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-xfstests_run_for_btrfs@64bit fails in
xfstests_prepare_env
Now use start point equal to a value and end point not equal to a value to select the splited /home partition. This fail by a small partition has the same start point in GB. Need a third condition to see if it's in GB level.

Sorry I forgot to add the tag.
The last PR has a problem when partition unit is xxxMB not x.xxGB, a new PR to fix this.
