closed[TW] NET installer needs more than 1GB of RAM to succeed

Description
The underlying issue is filed as a product bug: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1076768
Since the switch to storage-ng, a machine with 1GB RAM no longer reliably can be installed using the NET installer.
This ticket is to collect information about the short-term workaround applied on openQA, since lowering the memory foot print is likely going to be a bit more effort
Let's reconfigure openQA NET Media to be allocated 1.5GB of RAM (this was tested on a local instance, with 1.5GB RAM, the test passed, e.g. http://dimstar.internet-box.ch:81/tests/654)

I reconfigured openQA's TW/NET media definition to be:
ISO_MAXSIZE=737280000
NETBOOT=1
+QEMURAM=1536
(i586 and x86_64 medium)
The media have been rescheduled on openQA
