Salt master is not able to connect minions, and it seems to be a performance degradation on the connection between them.
- Need verification that the related bug is fixed: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1069711
- Delete both workarounds created in this test (the second seems not to be working and still throwing an error), the first one, about listing the keys also suffers of this degradation.

I guess we should wait for the corresponding bug to be fixed. Right now it seems pretty much reproducible that the minion can not be pinged within 180s even though the key of the minion was accepted and the service seems to start fine

I created a workaround in the test which soft-fails the tests now. The bug is not fixed but I think we are done here in this ticket and can follow on with anything more in the bug.
