Building all keypairs inside the sine2 sysprep module

Description
All keys and certs should be build during the run of the sysprep modul, because builing keys needs user interaction which interrupts the sine2 run.
- % Done changed from 20 to 80
sine2 modifications done, we have to test it.

After the third invis-setup for productive use, I can say: It works.
