I haven't seen massive problems lately. So let's close this one - there might be sporadic failures still, but they don't harm as much as the original issue did

for the record: the most prominent of the sporadic issues is the pre-scheduled fullstack.t failure:

not ok 45 - Test 3 is scheduled
