Bugs in existing tests
Description
Observation¶
openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.0-DVD-x86_64-gnome@64bit fails in
updates_packagekit_gpk
Test is asking for application restart and the needles available are looking for log out/in or restart computer or no updates needed.
Need to be confirmed if it is the right new behavior.
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 27.1
Expected result¶
Last good: 25.1 (or more recent)
Further details¶
Always latest result in this scenario: latest
Hm, I don't think it's as easy as a needle update. We have needles to detect if a computer restart is required but here it looks like only an application restart is requested.

Clarifying if simply pressing restart will do the trick
Only pressing restart application does not completely solve the problem, afterwards it matches the "All packages up to date" which overlays the "Reboot required" screen so it jumps to wrong conclusions
- Status changed from In Progress to Feedback
PR merged, waiting for verification on OSD

@jorauch create another ticket "enhancements for existing tests" to not start the update viewer when it is already running in the background
