Ticket for tracking the state, not merged yet - the fix is included in #23320
After merging #20606 on master no Live stream was available, CI logs are tampered with:
Mojo::Reactor::Poll: Timer failed: Connection already closed at /home/travis/perl_modules/lib/perl5/Mojo/IOLoop.pm line 226.
