Very high latency in interactive mode under high load

Description

When there are a lot of running tests (as seen on o3 yesterday with 100 yast2_ui ones...), the interactive mode becomes close to useless.
Clicking on "Enter interactive mode" takes over a minute to have any effect, in some cases it does not have any effect at all and the test fails.
When interactive mode is entered, the "Stop waiting for needle" and "Reload needles and retry" buttons have the same issue.
Sometimes the timeouts of worker reponses result in killed and restarted jobs, which is annoying.
The worker runs with reasonably normal speed as the SUT behaves normally if connected via VNC.
So this is a WebUI -> Worker communication issue.

Closing this bug since it might be related to #20378 which is now solved. Please re-open if problem still persist - in case it is persisting and the bug had attachments (such logs, screens, ecc.) please provide new ones.
