Description
For leap yast ui tests are extremely unstable: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?distri=opensuse&version=42.3&build=0329&groupid=39
Same states for TW, but there situation is slightly better.
We have improved tests, which fail most of the times cause of some performance issues, etc.
This ticket targets tests which fail once per 10-15 runs, but as we have many of them in test suit it makes wrong perception of the tests as results are inconsistent.

PR for many tests, got 10+ successful runs on TW in row, which was not the case before. After introducing changes to production, we may see if additional actions are required. Keeping an eye on the results.

samba and dns tests are with zlao. At the moment excluded from execution unless proven that there are stable. As a part of the issue, there is a product bug, which is not replicating all the time, hence cannot be carried over and looks like tests instability.
