Description

dump_templates the existing sle 12 sp3 functional job group and load_templates that into the new group and then sort out the useless parts and change the scenarios that need to be adapted

Unfortunately, template file doesn't contain all required entries even for sle 12 sp3, and contains just some jobs. So, it looks like to be more consistent, we should better load_templates separately and once proved that job works, we may introduce it to the template file in os-autoinst-distri-opensuse repo. We also may include only some jobs, similarly to sle12 sp3.
