This approach fits our needs more, as templates file in os-autoinst-distri-opensuse repo doesn't contain all existing jobs for sle 12 sp3. So, it would be easier to clone existing job group first to development group and then move working/adapted scenarios to functional group of sle 15. This approach will also help to see the scope of jobs already working with sle 15 and ones, which require some additional actions.

There is a parent task to apply one of the solutions. Two subtasks aim was to take a look and decide which one to use. I've attached json file there. But for "evaluation" we are done here.
