Description
we have to adapt offline migration scenarios if with modules to ensure modules are upgradable during migration.
- Related to action #18490: [migration] repos check for modules added
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
There was also a recent email thread about the exact definition of how "offline migration with modules" could look like and how much coverage makes sense. How does the current automatic coverage look like?
Mitiao, can we close that ticket? I think we are done?

Yes, it is done.
We ran scenarios with modules in Milestone job groups.
